Marc and Stan are a dream team! You never have to worry if your questions will be answered or needs met with these two. I really appreciated that Marc was upfront and honest with me from the start. He worked to get me the things I wanted from our financial negotiations. I truly felt like he was on my side. Stan is generally a great guy and it tenacious in problem solving. They compliment each other so well.

Hendrick Chevrolet Shawnee Mission agency engages in deceptive practices. During my initial visit to a Chevy dealer regarding a transmission shifting issue, I was advised to reprogram the TCM, a well-known solution. However, McCarthy-Morse Chevy dealer claimed they couldn't reprogram the TCM due to a connection problem and suggested replacing the entire valve body, which would cost $1400 in parts and labor which makes sense and professional and of course no charge for the reprogramming trial. Seeking a second opinion, I approached Hendrick Chevrolet Shawnee Mission dealer which obviously was a mistake, only to receive an unexpected diagnosis. They asserted that they had reprogrammed the TCM, citing a connection issue, and proposed a charge of $710 for the diagnosis alone. When I declined the excessive charge for diagnosis only, they insisted on a $218 fee for reprogramming alone. Doubtful about programming with a connection problem, I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor. (zack) Despite admitting their inability to reprogram it, they still insisted on charging $218 for programming that had never been performed. When I questioned the inconsistency, his response was blunt: I couldn't retrieve my car without settling the inflated bill. This establishment operates dishonestly and deceitfully, straying from the conductors expected of a reputable dealership.
Very clean. Everyone there seems to be nice and professional. The price of the oil change was reasonable. Some of the prices of the other stuff little bit high.
We always deal with Hendrick when buying a new car, specifically our salesman Dennis Cotton. He is always so helpful and gets us the best deal possible. He is always fair and straightforward. He just helped us get into a new Traverse RS and we absolutely love it! He did so much upfront work so we didn't have to spend a long time at the dealership, since we live so far away. Dennis is the best at his job. I highly recommend him!

Woke up to a low battery issue, got the truck started and called the service department. They worked me instantly in, and a family friend who works there even let me borrow her personal car to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced, since they were out of loaners, while the issue was resolved.
